Abstract

In the framework of zero-range potential in the effective mass approximation study the effect of magnetic freeze-out D()-states in a quantum dot with parabolic confinement potential. The energy of D()-states depends on the spin direction of the localized electron in the external magnetic field. In the dipole approximation, an analytical expression for the magneto-impurity absorption kvazinulmernoy structure with D()-centers. It is shown that the inclusion of spin states leads to the spectral curve of additional peaks associated with parallel and antiparallel orientation of the electron spin relative to the external magnetic field.

Key words

quantum dot, the effect of magnetic impurity freeze-out, spin states of lo-calized electron, anomalous quantum confinement effect of the Zeeman.
